On August 16th I will be leaving the country to teach English in Japan for four months. As such, I'm not entirely sure how the updating for this comic is going to go while I'm there. I don't know if I'll have access to a scanner, let alone have time to draw pages. I'm supposedly going to have a 30 hour work week, but that's just an estimate. I may be teaching full time, with a lot of travel time, and other obligations. Really, I'm not sure about all the details. All I really know is that I'll be in Central Tokyo teaching at a Roka Jr. High School and possibly an Elementary school. I'll be getting back December 23rd.

So. Shiharai may be on hold for the next four months. It's a long hiatus, I know, but there's not much I can really do about it.

As for those who want to read about my time in Japan and learn more about the culture as I learn it, I will be posting a blog while I'm there. I'm going to try to update every day, or at least every other day.
